UF Email Access

When you created your UFNet account, not only does this provide access to the learning management, but also an Office365 (O365) email account. This is an Outlook web-based email program that you will be able to access anywhere you have an internet connection. This account will also allow you to access other programs such as GoogleDrive/Docs and OneDrive. These are great ways to collaborate during projects and other online students.

You can access your UF email account here. Make sure you get into the habit of checking your UF email daily. This is the primary means of communication from your professor and the campus.

Office 365 Education

As a registered student at UF you have access to the Office 365 Education suite for free. This includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and many other programs you may find useful in your time as a student. The download directions are posted on the ITS website.

Minimum Technical Requirements for Canvas

Canvas Mobile App

Download the Canvas app (iOS Links to an external site. or Android Links to an external site.) to access content on the go.
